interpret memories of the ebb and flow, of conversations….

The drawing system became a tool to mentally and physically process shifts in perception and thought in response to specific conversations. The process enables both the physical, emotional and reflective to be revisited and processed as memories are enhanced, amplified, or reduced through rumination. Therefore the action of creating the work was not about the object perse, but more about the movements, shifts and transitions as reflections of a particular moment, or sentiment.

The series of Pauses prints present  a visual cartography of memories in time, and offer the viewer to explore their own narrative in relation to the ebb and flow of conversation.
